We want every dancer to love what they find here. If something isn't quite right, we're always happy to help — just reach out and we'll sort it out together.

Our promise to you

Every costume at ReSpin Boutique has been reviewed with care — and we describe each item as honestly as we can. If your order arrives and something isn't as described, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll always do our best to make it right.

What Can Be Returned

New wholesale items purchased from ReSpin Boutique may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery (or pickup), provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is returned in its original packaging
  • Item was not marked as Final Sale at time of purchase

Approved returns are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used toward anything in the shop. Exchanges are also welcome — just let us know what you'd like instead and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All consignment items — these are pre-loved pieces sold on behalf of their owners, and all sales are final
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Worn or altered costumes — any item that has been worn, washed, or altered after purchase

We take care to photograph and describe every item accurately. If you have questions about a consignment item before purchasing, please reach out — we're happy to share more details or photos.

Return Shipping

Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Our mistake

If an item arrives damaged, significantly different from its description, or the wrong item was sent — we cover return shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange everything.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind or the fit isn't quite right — return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

For local Tsawwassen pickup orders, returns can be arranged by appointment at no extra cost. Just send us a message and we'll find a time that works.

Rentals

Rental costumes are governed by our separate Rental Agreement. As a reminder:

  • A deposit of $50–$100 is required at time of booking
  • Late returns are subject to a $10/day late fee
  • Rentals are not eligible for refund or store credit
