1. About ReSpin Boutique

ReSpin Boutique is an online consignment boutique specialising in pre-loved dance costumes and dancewear, based in Tsawwassen, British Columbia, Canada. We offer buying, consigning, renting, and donating services for the dance community across South Delta, the Lower Mainland, and Canada.

By using our website at respinboutique.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards through our secure Shopify checkout.

• —ReSpin Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion
• —In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order
• —Custom or special-order items are final sale

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

• —Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only
• —ReSpin Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• —Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier
• —We are not currently able to ship internationally

4. Returns & Refunds

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• —Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only
• —Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition
• —Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return
• —Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• —We do not offer cash or card refunds — store credit only

5. Consignment

By submitting a consignment interest form you agree to our full Consignment Agreement, available at Consignment & Rental Agreements. Key terms include:

• —All costumes must be clean, performance-ready, and meet our quality standards
• —We reserve the right to decline any submission
• —Consignors receive 60% of the sale price for items sold under $150
• —Items are listed for a six-month term
• —Payouts are processed monthly via e-transfer, direct deposit, or boutique credit
• —Costumes remain the property of the consignor until sold

6. Rentals

Our rental program allows dancers to access costumes for short-term use. By renting from ReSpin Boutique you agree to our full Rental Agreement, available at Consignment & Rental Agreements. Key terms include:

• —A refundable security deposit is required at time of booking
• —Costumes must be returned by the due date in the same condition received
• —Do not clean rented costumes yourself — professional cleaning is included
• —Late returns incur a $10 per day fee unless pre-arranged
• —The renter is responsible for the full replacement value in cases of loss or irreparable damage

7. Donations & Scholarship

When a costume is donated to ReSpin Boutique, ownership transfers to ReSpin Boutique upon acceptance. 100% of the net profit from the sale of donated costumes is directed toward the ReSpin Dance Scholarship fund.

• —Donated costumes are non-refundable once accepted
• —ReSpin Boutique reserves the right to price donated items at our discretion
• —The scholarship amount and award criteria are determined annually by the ReSpin Boutique team

8. Intellectual Property

All content on respinboutique.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ReSpin Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReSpin Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. While we take great care with all items, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Changes to These Terms

ReSpin Boutique reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
